E-Liquid and Strength: Read the Label
A pod kit like the Argus 40W takes whatever e-liquid you fill it with, so the nicotine strength is on the bottle, not on the device.
Always read the strength printed on the label of the e-liquid you buy, and match it to the coil and power you use. This review does not recommend a strength.
If you want a plain explanation of how to read the numbers, see our nicotine strength guide.
Pods, Coils and Airflow
The Argus 40W works with the Voopoo PnP coil series. Resistance changes the draw and the recommended wattage, so check the coil pack before you fit it. Our coil resistance guide explains the numbers, and our guide to mesh coil vs single coil covers the difference in heating.
The Gene.AI chip offers intelligent coil recognition, fast firing and several safety protections, so the device reads the coil you fit.
If you are weighing a kit against a disposable, see our disposable vape vs pod system comparison.
Battery and Charging
The 1500 mAh battery charges over USB Type-C. Charge it when output drops and use a standard charger. Never leave any vape charging unattended.
At higher wattages the battery drains faster, so a 1500 mAh cell gives room but not unlimited use. Keep a cable at home and one in your bag.
Our disposable vape charging guide lists safe charging habits that also apply to rechargeable kits.
Colours and Price
Five colours are listed: Carbon Fibre, Denim, Litchi Blue, Litchi Red and Vintage Grey. Pick yours on the product page, where availability shows.
For value in this Voopoo Argus 40W review, note that AED 145 covers the kit only. E-liquid and spare coils are separate. Free delivery applies to orders over AED 350.
