Disposable Vape Nicotine Strength Guide UAE

Overview

Disposable vape nicotine strength is printed in different ways, as mg, mg per ml or a percentage, and this guide shows you how to read each one so you can compare products on equal terms.

Short answer: multiply a percentage by 10 to get mg per ml, so 2% is 20 mg/ml and 5% is 50 mg/ml. We quote strength exactly as printed, we do not recommend a strength, and we do not describe any product as certified or compliant.

Last checked: 9 Oct 2026. Adults 21+ only.

Disposable vape nicotine strength: the short answer

Strength tells you how much nicotine is in each millilitre of liquid, not how many puffs the device gives you. A device can be a very large one with a low strength, or a small one with a high strength.

The practical problem is the label. Some products print 20mg, some print 2%, and some print nothing in the name at all. Until you convert everything to the same unit, you cannot compare them.

This page gives you the conversion, shows what our own catalogue prints, and lists the label traps that catch people out. It is general information, not medical or legal advice.

How strength labels are written

There are two common formats. One is milligrams per millilitre, written as mg or mg/ml. The other is a percentage. To convert a percentage to mg/ml, multiply by 10.

Printed asSame as (mg/ml)Note
0% or 0mg0 mg/mlListed as nicotine free
0.3%3 mg/mlOften printed as 0.3%
0.6%6 mg/mlSome names print this as 6mg
2%20 mg/mlPrinted as 2% or 20mg
3%30 mg/mlPrinted as 3% or 30mg
5%50 mg/mlPrinted as 5% or 50mg

If you want a deeper look at how these numbers relate to e-liquid, our e-liquid range prints strengths in the same way.

What our catalogue prints

On 9 Oct 2026 we had 281 disposables in stock. Counting only what appears in the product name, 172 print a strength: 157 in mg and 15 as a percentage. The other 109 do not print a strength in the name, so you need to open the product page.

Among those that do print one, 20mg appears in 63 names and 50mg in 61, which makes them the two most common mg figures by name. That tells you what is common in the market. It is not a recommendation.

Because counts like these change as stock changes, treat the numbers as a snapshot. The disposable vapes category shows what is in stock today.

Why the same number can feel different

Many disposables use nicotine salt liquid, while other liquids use freebase nicotine. People often report that the same figure feels different between the two, because of how the nicotine is formulated and how it is delivered.

The practical point is that a number is only one part of the picture. Device type, power, puff length and the person using it all change the experience, and we make no claim about how any strength will feel.

If you are comparing two devices with the same printed strength, expect them to be similar on paper and possibly different in use. Start by reading each product page, and ask us on WhatsApp at +971563898101 if a listing is unclear.

Label traps to watch for

The first trap is the name versus the page. A name may print one figure while the product description prints another. Read both, and ask if they disagree.

The second is shorthand. A name like 0.6mg is probably shorthand for a low percentage rather than a literal 0.6 mg per ml, so confirm with us if a figure looks odd. Third, some listings carry several flavour variants, and not every variant is guaranteed to share one strength.

Last, per millilitre is not per device. A label gives the concentration of the liquid, not a total for the whole device, so the total depends on how much liquid is inside. If you cannot tell, do not guess.

Zero and low-nicotine listings

Some disposables are listed as 0% or 0mg, and others print a low figure. We list these exactly as the product prints them. See our guide to zero nicotine disposable vapes in the UAE for what is in stock.

Zero nicotine is not a promise of anything else, and we make no claim that any product is safer, healthier or helps you quit. It simply tells you what the maker prints for nicotine.

Nicotine and adults only

Nicotine is addictive, and these products are for adults aged 21 and over only. If you are unsure whether a strength is right for you, ask a qualified professional, not a shop page.

Common questions about disposable vape nicotine strength

Is 5% the same as 50 mg?

Yes. Both mean 50 mg of nicotine per millilitre. Multiply the percentage by 10 to convert.

Does a higher strength give more puffs?

No. Strength is about concentration. The puff count is a separate estimate, which we explain in our guide to how long a disposable vape lasts.

Do you recommend a strength?

No. We quote strength as printed and leave the choice to adult buyers. We do not make health claims.

Where do I find the strength on your site?

Check the product name first, then the product description. If you cannot find it, message us on WhatsApp before you order.

Legal note: Nicotine vape products sold in the UAE are regulated by MoIAT and sold to adults 21+ only. Buyers should confirm current permitted nicotine-strength limits independently; see u.ae tobacco provisions for the full legal framework.

Nicotine is addictive. We cannot promise any product will help anyone quit. Read our responsible vaping notice and our age restriction policy before you order.
