Vapes Dubai Store (vapesdubai.store) supplies nicotine-containing vaping products and accessories to adults only. Using this website or placing an order is your confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older, which is our minimum age to buy vaping products.
The law in the UAE
Under UAE regulations, tobacco and nicotine products – including e-cigarettes, disposables and e-liquids – may not be sold to anyone under 21. Federal Law No. 3 of 2016 (Wadeema’s Law) separately makes it an offence to sell these products to a child. A summary is published on the UAE Government portal at u.ae. Vapes Dubai Store operates inside this framework and does not knowingly sell to anyone under 21.
How we check age
- You confirm you are 21+ when you place an order.
- Because every order is handed over in person, our rider hands the parcel to a person, and may ask to see a valid government-issued photo ID before handing it over.
- If age cannot be reasonably confirmed at the door, the delivery will be refused and the order cancelled.
Health notice
Nicotine is highly addictive. Our products are meant for existing adult smokers and vapers only – not for non-smokers, anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding, or anyone with a heart or respiratory condition. Please read our Responsible Vaping & Health Disclaimer.
