Vapes Dubai Store delivers across the UAE from our base at Dragon Mart, Dubai. Delivery times and payment options depend on your emirate, as set out below. Delivery is for adults aged 18+ only.
Delivery times and payment by emirate
- Dubai: within 2 hours, depending on traffic. Delivery hours are 10am–11pm. Payment: cash, card or bank transfer.
- Sharjah & Ajman: delivery 10am–11pm. Payment: cash, card or bank transfer.
- Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah & Umm Al Quwain: within 24 hours by courier, Monday to Saturday (no courier delivery on Sunday). Payment: cash on delivery or bank transfer.
How to pay
- Cash on delivery: available in every emirate.
- Card on delivery: our delivery agent brings a card machine. Available in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman.
- Bank transfer: after you place your order, we send our bank details to your WhatsApp number. Your order ships once payment is received. Available in every emirate.
Free delivery
Free delivery on orders over AED 350. For orders under AED 350, the delivery charge is a flat AED 30 per order in every emirate.
Delivery times are counted from order confirmation and can be affected by traffic, weather or public holidays. If we cannot meet the stated time we will message you on the number you gave at checkout.
Age check at the door
Our rider may ask for a valid photo ID to confirm you are 18 or over. Orders cannot be left unattended or handed to a minor – see our Age Restriction & Disclaimer.
Wrong address or missed delivery
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If the rider or courier cannot reach you, we will try to call; if the delivery still cannot be completed, the order is returned and may need to be re-scheduled. Contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp +971 56 389 8101 if your details change after ordering.
Damaged or missing items
Check your parcel when it arrives. Anything damaged, missing or incorrect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
