These terms apply to every purchase from Vapes Dubai Store (vapesdubai.store). Placing an order means you accept them.
1. Who can buy
You must be 18 or older. We verify age at checkout and our rider may ask for photo ID on delivery – see the Age Restriction & Disclaimer. We may cancel any order where age cannot be confirmed.
2. Products
We sell vaping devices, disposables, e-liquids, pods, coils, batteries and accessories. Product images and descriptions are provided by the manufacturer and may vary slightly from the item delivered. All e-liquid products contain nicotine unless stated otherwise.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). Payment is cash on delivery only. Prices and availability can change without notice; an order is accepted only when we confirm it and dispatch it.
4. Delivery
Delivery areas, times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when the rider hands them over.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted only under the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy, including the 24-hour reporting window.
6. Responsible use
Nicotine is addictive. You agree to use products only as intended and in line with UAE law and our Responsible Vaping & Health Disclaimer. We are not liable for misuse, modification, or use by anyone other than an adult purchaser.
7. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity under your account.

Text, images and branding on this site belong to Vapes Dubai Store or its suppliers and may not be copied without permission.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under UAE consumer law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai.
