Vapes Dubai Store delivers across all seven Emirates from our base at Dragon Mart, Dubai. Every order is paid cash on delivery – you pay the rider when your parcel arrives.
Delivery options and charges
- Inside Dubai city – within 24 hours: AED 25
- Urgent Dubai delivery – within 2 hours: AED 40
- Outside Dubai (all other Emirates) – within 36 hours: AED 25
- Free delivery on orders of AED 399 or more (standard timing).
Delivery times are counted from order confirmation and can be affected by traffic, weather or public holidays. If we cannot meet the stated time we will message you on the number you gave at checkout.
Age check at the door
Our rider may ask for a valid photo ID to confirm you are 18 or over. Orders cannot be left unattended or handed to a minor – see our Age Restriction & Disclaimer.
Wrong address or missed delivery
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If the rider cannot reach you, we will try to call; if the delivery still cannot be completed, the order is returned and may need to be re-scheduled. Contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp +971 56 389 8101 if your details change after ordering.
Damaged or missing items
Check your parcel when it arrives. Anything damaged, missing or incorrect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
