Orders and shipping
How long does delivery take?
Dubai orders arrive within 2 hours, depending on traffic, from 10am to 11pm, 7 days a week. Sharjah and Ajman are also 10am to 11pm, 7 days a week. Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain are served by courier within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday, with no courier delivery on Sunday. Times are counted from order confirmation.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over AED 350. Under AED 350 it is a flat AED 30 per order in every emirate.
What if I am not at the address?
Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If the rider or courier cannot reach you, we will try to call. If delivery still cannot be completed, the order is returned and may need to be re-scheduled. Message us on WhatsApp if your details change.

Payment
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery works in every emirate. Card on delivery is available in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, where our delivery agent brings a card machine. Bank transfer works in every emirate: after you order, we send our bank details to your WhatsApp number, and your order ships once payment is received.
Returns and refunds
Can I return an order?
Any return, exchange or complaint must be raised within 24 hours of receiving your order. Unused products in original, unopened packaging with seals intact can be returned, as can items that arrived damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered. Opened or used products cannot be returned. Send your order number and a photo on WhatsApp.
How do refunds work?
Once we have received and checked the returned item, an approved refund is issued within 3 to 5 business days, by bank transfer to an account you nominate or as store credit. Read the full return and refund policy.
Age and ID
Who can buy from you?
Adults aged 21 and over only. Our rider may ask for a valid photo ID, and orders cannot be left unattended or handed to a minor. Read our age restriction policy.
Products
Are your vapes a way to quit smoking?
No. Nicotine is addictive, and vaping products are for adults who already use nicotine. We cannot promise that any product will help anyone quit. See our health disclaimer.
